MIRAZUR CAPITAL

Aldo Bennini

CEO

Aldo is a seasoned wealth manager, having managed UHNWIs over the past 35 years in Switzerland. Prior to founding Mirazur Capital, Aldo was the owner of Ridos Wealth Management SA and major shareholder of Profid Fiduciaria SA in Lugano.
Aldo also spent 10 years serving as the President of the fiduciary company of Banca Unione di Credito, a prominent financial institution based in Lugano.
Aldo holds a Law degree and Economics degree from Urbino University, he also holds a master’s degree in Financial Securities from Torvergata University.

Flavio Bennini

CFO

Flavio has been managing ultra high net worth individuals’ portfolios for over twelve years, with a strong and consistent presence in Monaco’s financial landscape.
Prior to founding Mirazur Capital, Flavio was a portfolio manager with Financial Strategy in Monaco. He also spent two years in London as an investment analyst at Method Investments & Advisory, where he gained valuable experience in international markets and complex financial instruments.
Flavio holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, where he majored in financial analysis and macroeconomics.

Antonio Mazzarella

CIO

Prior to founding Mirazur Capital, Antonio worked as Analyst, Associate, and ultimately Head of Research at Ben Oldman Partners’ special situations fund.
This highly regarded special situations fund earned numerous industry awards over the years, most notably being named Best European Distressed Credit Fund of 2016 at the EuroHedge Awards.
Antonio graduated with a major in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan, and later completed an MSc in Global Banking and Finance at EBS in London, further strengthening his international expertise.

Hervé Simon

Head of Relationship Management

Hervé is responsible for client relationship management at Mirazur Capital.
After completing high school in Monaco, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School and went on to obtain a Master in Banking and Finance from ESLSCA in Paris. During his studies, he also worked at Exane and Financière de l’Echiquier.
Back in 2014 Hervé moved back to Monaco and started working as an investment adviser at CMB, a role held until 2018 when he was promoted to Wealth Manager for a large portfolio of UHNWIs.

Florence Sainton

Head of OPERATIONS

Prior to joining Mirazur Capital, Florence built a 23-year career at HSBC Private Bank in Monaco, where she developed deep expertise in private banking operations and support functions.
She spent 11 years within the back office operations team, then she transitioned to the middle office, where she worked for 12 years as trading support, ensuring seamless execution and communication between the front office and operational teams.

Ludovico Frigo

Analyst

Ludovico grew up in Monaco and graduated top of his class from Lycée Albert 1er.
After earning his Baccalaureate, he attended the International University of Monaco, completing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2022 as Valedictorian, followed by a Master of Science in Hedge Funds and Private Equity in 2023.
He also served as President of the IUM Finance Society and Co-President & Co-Founder of the IUM Entrepreneurship Club.

Laura Toledo

Head of Legal and Compliance

Laura is an Italian lawyer.
Before coming to Monaco in 2001, she worked as a criminal lawyer in Turin and then as a civil lawyer at Studio Legale Grande Stevens Pedersoli in Turin. In Monaco she joined Société Générale in the legal department and then spent 15 years working as compliance officer at Financial Strategy in Monaco. Laura graduated in criminal law at the University of Turin and thereafter qualified as solicitor.
